How Our Estimate Process Works

Requesting an estimate from Quality Tree Service is straightforward. Once your form comes in, a real person on our team reviews the details, checks whether the property is in our regular service area, and then either replies by email or calls you back — usually by the next business day. If it's an emergency, don't wait for the form; call (715) 603-6635 and we'll get you into the schedule the same day when we can.

For simple work — a single tree removal, a stump grind, or a straightforward trim — we can often quote by phone or from good photos. For anything larger (lot clearing, driveway construction, multi-tree removals near a structure), we schedule an on-site walkthrough. Mark or a senior crew member will meet you at the property, look at access, drop zones, and finish grade, and then give you a written quote with the scope and price broken out clearly.

What to Include in Your Request

• Your address or the closest cross streets, and whether the site is a home, cabin, business, or bare parcel.
• Which service you're interested in — tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, land clearing, driveway work, or something else.
• Rough tree count or lot size if you know it. Photos help but aren't required — we'll ask if we need them.
• Whether the situation is urgent (leaning tree, storm damage, blocked driveway) or a planned project.

What Our Estimates Include

Every estimate covers the scope of the work in plain language, the equipment we'll bring, whether crane service is involved, the debris-cleanup plan, and the total price. We don't upsell services you don't need, and we don't leave surprises for the invoice. If a job turns out to be easier than we quoted, you pay less. If something unexpected shows up mid-job — a hollow trunk, buried debris, a hidden utility — we stop and talk to you before we keep going.
